Taku Mokai
For the past couple days we have been learning how to introduce our pet in māori. We had to introduce what animal it was, what colour it is, what its name is and if we knew all that we added what it liked eating and drinking and what it likes playing. Down below is my poster about my pet.

Packing My Bag For... Poem
Walt: develop our own poem in response to a model (packing my bag for… by James Norcliffe)
Walt: use an increasingly descriptive vocabulary to add interest to our writing
Walt: have some fun and be creative and be creative with ideas and imagination
Packing my bag for the journey to Doom-lay-magic
Hi i'm Ayah and i'm Breanna were going on a journey we read in a book that if you found hole in the ground you were supposed to jump in it. The land is called Doom-lay-magic half the land is hell and the other half is magical, here is what we packed before we fell down a hole.
For protection
A shiny,
metallic,
stainless steel sword
With gems embroidered
into the handle
In case of an encounter with the devil
A bright light
spotlight
For in the dark
black and navy blue
So it doesn't attract anything
So we can see if something is lurking
A black and red,
Thick fabric
decorated with intricate patterns
tight, itchy
fireproof and waterproof
piece of clothing
In case we get wet, or an incident in hell
A colourful,
Lollipop Umbrella
you can eat it but
it will grow back just like THAT.
In case it rains candy or hot red ashes are flying around in Doom-lay-magic
I’ll take a friend in case I get lonely ‘or I
need a human sacrifice.’

Easttle Writing Test
This is my easttle writing test.
Sport V Music
Sport is great, and you can develop great skills. Music is cool too, with music it’s great to listen to or you might just want to learn an instrument for fun.
Firstly, With sport you can develop great hand eye coordination, music is the same because you need you eyes to see what your doing and most instruments you use your fingers to make different tunes.
Secondly, Playing sport you can learn good fitness, playing instruments isn’t quite the same this time. Music won’t make you fit ‘maybe your fingers if you play guitar’. Playing an instrument would give you great enjoyment though.
Thirdly, playing a sport would give you good skills and a team spirit. You would learn how to be a fair team player. With music your not usualy on a team unless you join an orchastra band or club, It has been scientificly prooven that music is calming and is thought to stop you from getting alsimas or dimentia. Playing an instrument would stop that because, it is keeping you busy and you have to remember all the songs and things.
In conclusion, I think that they would both be really enjoyable things to try. Sports will give you great fitness, team spirit and great hand eye coordination. Music will give you great enjoyment, and is thought to kind of stop dimentia and alsimas disease, and also will help with hand eye coordination.

For digital art we were set a few projects and got to choose which one we did. I chose to poly line a cartoon animal. This was really fun because I got to choose one of my favourite animals to poly line.

We have been learning to make a collage on google drawing. We had to use the explore, mask and arrange tools to get our collage to come together. We had to make an NZ bird and put it into it's habitat. It was a lot of fun and I am really happy with how my work turned out. Have you ever had a go at this?
